Since I had so much fun drawing Blackadder the Third in Castle Cats (Android game) style, I decided to draw all of them. This was so much fun.
Their design was inspired by black Maine Coon cats. The original drawing of Blackadder the Third as a Castle Cat can be found here. My drawing of all four Blackadders in realistic human style can be found here. Done on the 10th of July 2019.

Castle Cats was having a design-a-cat competition. I wasn't going to enter but it made me think it would be funny to turn Blackadder into a cat. I am glad I did this because it was so much fun and I love how it turned out.
This was done around the 25th of June but I am finally posting it today in honour of the news that there might be a fifth season or a new special of Blackadder in the making. Life is always better with more Blackadder. All four Blackadders in Castle Cats style can be found here. My tribute drawing of all four Blackadders can be found here. The Blackadder is one of those timeless gems that has been one of my favourite shows since childhood. Since I adore Friesian horses, I knew Black Satin had to be a part of the Prince Edmund drawing. The original idea was to have this printed on an item of clothing at some point.
I am pretty proud of myself about this, especially given that it only took me a day to finish each of them. It's nice to be inspired by something you love. Prince Edmund Blackadder was done on 20.05.2019 Lord Blackadder was done on 23.05.2019 Blackadder the Third was done on 24.05.2019 Blackadder the Fourth was done on 25.05.2019 Another tribute to the only true Scar, voiced by the amazing Jeremy Irons. This was actually a part of a set of Telegram stickers I was working on, that I am not sure I'll be finishing.
Done on the 14th of February 2019. As someone who generally dislikes reboots, I was only planning to check out Ducktales because of David Tennant. Surprisingly, I ended up absolutely loving the show. I even really like the art and animation style. And the new Scrooge looks very Doctor-y xD.
Done on the 29th of January 2019. First coloured drawing of 2018. I've loved Scar and Jeremy Irons since I was a child. A tribute was long overdue :).
No tracing of any kind, just looked at a screenshot for the face, to get all the details right. Drawn on the 29th of March 2018. A birthday tribute to the two awesome Scottish actors who happen to share a birthday - Peter Capaldi and Robert Carlyle, who gave us the Twelfth Doctor (Doctor Who) and Rumplestiltskin (Once Upon A Time).
Done on 14.04.2017. A portrait of Thrawn based on Lars Mikkelsen who voices him on Star Wars Rebels. For any Star Wars fan who hasn't read Timothy Zahn's brilliant Thrawn trilogy, as well as the new Thrawn books, I warmly recommend them.
Star Wars fan art. Done on 14th of October 2016. The Sylvari from Guild Wars 2 are such a beautiful race but Trahearne is a whole new level. This is a tribute to my absolute favourite character from the game.
Drawn in November 2015, and coloured on the 4th of October 2016. Thrawn and the Chiss race will always be two of my favourite things about Star Wars. I was ecstatic when BioWare announced the Chiss would be a playable race in SWTOR. I was also very happy that Thrawn finally made it onto the screens in Star Wars: Rebels and that it led to the brilliant Timothy Zahn writing more books about the character.
Star Wars fan art. Done on the first of October 2016. A portrait of the Scottish actor Robert Carlyle. It's impossible not to love his portrayal of Rumplestiltskin/Mr. Gold on Once Upon A Time.
Done on the 12th of April 2016. The talented and gorgeous actress who gave us Clara Oswald and her brilliant friendship with the Doctor.
Done on the 14th of December 2015. I didn't expect I'd like any incarnation of the Doctor as much as David Tennant but Peter Capaldi proved me wrong about ten minutes into his first episode. It's like he was born to play the Doctor.
Done on 05.09.2015. Apart from being a great character, I always felt Trahearne's design was a piece of art. I just felt like expressing some love for the character who was easily my favourite part of Guild Wars 2.
Done on the 13th of December 2014. The cleansing of Orr was without a doubt my favourite part of the game and a wonderful conclusion to Trahearne's Wyld Hunt. I simply had to pay tribute by drawing the scene.
Guild Wars 2 fan art. Coloured on the 3rd of November 2014. This was a new years gift for a friend. We used to have a Transformers roleplay where our main characters were Starscream and Skyfire. The lynx is an actual plushie I sent him as a gift in real life.
Done on the 31st of December 2013. A drawing of Garrus Vakarian from the Mass Effect video games. Who doesn't love a Turian with an attitude and a lovely voice?
Done on the 27th of October 2010. A tribute to the good old Lost Eden game from 1995. I still listen to Stephen Picq's amazing soundtrack from this game.
